S*y Box Office Sports

no idea why but its been playing same movie over and over
 
Cheers bud i watched it last night and loved it lol

Was just checking to see if its normal, accidentally went onto it as i dont normally bother unless boxing is on lol

Roll on another movie lol
 
The ironman is off now.I have noticed a funny thing when you switch it onto sly box office sports and then switch it back to 1 of you're pay channels it does not work you have to reboot the box to get them back on.Does anyone else have this problem.

See the Commando 10d thread for more info on that one, which is related to switching to the PVR_EPG channel, when in standard EPG mode. This, in theory, should collect up to 4 days EPG, instead of the usual 05:00 next morning cut-off.

It does- but it kills the current emu, requiring a reboot, thereby losing all the EPG you've just gathered, LOL!

I released a C10d fix for this earlier today. Same fix 'should' apply (manually) if you want to see if there's anything happening on PPV Events. If nothing is being broadcast, this normally kills the cam stone dead- and ONLY a reboot will recover normal viewing, no matter WHAT image you're using... Try this:
  • Switch to an FTA channel, like BBC ONE
  • Now go to PPV Events
  • Nothing on?
  • Switch to BBC ONE again
  • Now back to encrypted channel...
Fook it, doesn't work, LOL! More investigation needed... But it works for the PVR_EPG channel in std EPG mode, honest, Guv.

I ran some more tests on this problem this morning with C10d running. Switched to PPV Events- black screen. In Telnet, evocamd is going bonkers trying to decrypt a blank channel...

Switched back to Sly Movies- and as expected, black screen.

So I went to the Softcam menu under the blue button and pressed Red for Camd Reset - and voilá! Picture back in under 5 seconds!

Who's broken the DWZ board, then? It looks a right old mess, with most of the little graphics missing! Been like this for a few weeks now... Any hope of someone fixing it please? It might just be this section that's affected.

found the channel on ppv sub - channel change is absolutely fine!:)

What area are you in, m8? I'm in pure 5401, and this issue relates to the PPV Events channel, when nothing is being broadcast on it. It's fine when there is, and we can switch to other channels afterwards no problem. Are you seeing any sort of picture, or just a black screen? How long are you leaving it on that channel for?

Al this has started happening in my area too, go to box office and get blank screen and camd needs resetting to watch any encrypted channel :)

office sports is fine, i also had the iron man last week.

when going to ppv event i get black screen and also kills the cam when switching back to other channel

could do with some help folks just flashed dbox2 with blade quad 2x timefix image but roms are reading n5401 but my area is n5a01 any ideas how to change this please help this idiot cheers
