MaxTV separated the extra packages
example:
- you can add arena alone
- you can add HBO alone
- you can add Cinemax alone
OR
you can add all the extra packages above to your subscription
just every added package, you will need to pay and call MaxTV support
to enable the added package to your subscription.

I think it is difficult to subscribe outside Croatia and don't know do they sell Ci cam and card, because Max will turn off nagra on premium channels (sport and movies) and will work only with irdeto.
