BIOS/UEFI BIOS password reset / master pwd generator

Here you go guys, not my proggy so thanks to original developer. This little thing is hard to come by.

This will unlock your Dell computer whether it is BIOS or HDD master password.

You need to enter the full Asset number including the "-" for the BIOS and the first ** for the HDD password.

Even works with the dreaded 595B models.

I tried the password generator for a Dell E6420 with service tag 2RX0LV1-1D3B and none of the 4 results worked. Any thoughts? Just incase the 0 was actually an O, tried using 2RXOLV1-1D3B and those 4 results also did not work. Thanks.

Hope you can help me out.
A friend of mine bought his daughter a used laptop from a shady person that I cleaned up for her.
She has a very difficult to remove rootkit on it and the BIOS is password protected.
I need access to it to change the Drive settings from AHCI to Legacy (if the option is even there) so I can access the file system from a boot disk.

Trued the tool at https://dl.dropbox.com/u/26983620/Java_Bios/biosunlock.html but did not have any luck.
I entered the Service tag in upper and lower case but none of the generated unlock codes worked.
After trying 3 times I'm given a "Unlock Key Hint Number" which is currently: 7372C332.

I entered the unlock codes in lower case.
Do I have to enter them verbatim?

I just purchased this Dell Precison M6300 workstation, the problem is that all I can get is a grey lock up screen with the listed numbers being #8FZ10F1-595B, Entered into the past word generator gives me TRY THIS:

are you inputting it in lower case as passwords are case sensitive
password is for qwerty type keyboard
after entering password try pressing Ctrl+Enter

if you press the Caps Lock key and enter password and it doesn't work try pressing the Caps Lock key again and enter password, this should have entered it in upper and lower case
