DW people meeting up?

Was just reading a post and got me thinking.

We are all internet friends and help out each other as much as possible but how often do members meet up? Has anyone every arranged a meeting to see who would turn up.

Im guessing the main problem would be cuz its the internet we have members from lands end to john o groats and some are even from that strange place called Dublin. :lol: but i think some members would turn up if a meeting was arranged. :err:

Now if one was arranged i believe it should be in the middle, i dont know lets say Birmingham for example (nothing to do with me living in brum HONEST)
Also if a meeting was arranged the first drink shud be on mickyd. :banana:

ive met loads of people from here, a lot of them dont actually know it though. cos of my job, ive been in loads of houses talking with customers, and some have had DW on a computer screen, or in jeneral talking about what theyre having fitted, forums has come up and DW has been mentioned

there was even one member who was so sure we was winding him up for over a year that we was gonna turn up and meet him, untill we turned up, complete with tents, blow up sheep, beer and baloons lol

it would be nice to meet up, but given that the member on here are from all over the place and abroad, i have meet and know well wasnotwasD. may be their could be a region meeting with in your area. i.e. newcastle area, leeds, and so on.

you see lots of forums doing it and its usually a civil affair but thats because its usually computer enthusiasts that meet up but here on DW, a hacking forum essentially everyone is a dodgy pissed up cable thieving fooker so it would be mayhem! lol roud:

I like the regionalised Idea, we could meet in our locals and whoop into a laptop webcam like on children in need
