I am working on an Envy Pro 4-b000. The hard drive has failed. I have a replacement drive on the way, but I did not create a recovery disk when the laptop was purchased. It had windows 7 - 64 bit on it previously. What are my options to getting recovery media for this laptop? Thank you.
