I have recently bought a windows 7 licence key from a vendor selling on this website, turned out it was blocked by Microsoft luckily I took out the buyer protection (I thought).
I opened G2play support ticket on the 24th and within 1 hour their support got back to me and requested that I took screenshots of activation on desktop before and after and that I also contacted Microsoft customer support and take screenshots of that. So after jumping through all the hoops I e-mailed all the material to G2play customer support that evening and despite two more emails they have yet to make contact 5 days later. I get the feeling that they thought for 11 quid I prob would not bother to jump through their hoops and now I have called their bluff I will not give up, not for the 11 quid BUT for principle and the nearly 2 feckin hours it took me to gather the info for them.

I've not had to use the service, but I've only ever bought games through them. Hopefully they're just investigating/waiting for the seller to get back to them.

Keep us posted. (I'll stop recommending g2play to buy win 7/10 keys in the mean time.)

was it 3rd party or the vendor itself? I have never had problem with games but software on the other side...

Ok I promised to update when I knew more. Finally they responded to my ticket on 7th of December offering me a full refund in the form of an "INSTORE" balance, rather than argue and possibly drag it on for another month i accepted that in the return ticket and I'm still waiting for the refund. I don't think I will purchase any more software keys of these guys once I finally get my money back, hopefully no probs with the game keys
regards
