Opentv issue

Is anyone else having trouble using opentv for uk epg? Mine keeps downloading as garbled rubbish (see pic). If I choose rytec it is Ok.

I've had the problem for a few months now. When it happens I swap to try rec for a week or so and then I swap back and it's fine for another week but then goes crap again.

Also when you first change channel the info bar is garbled for half a second or so before going normal.

Done a Google search and can't find anyone else complaining of same thing so presumably it's something in my setup. What do you think could cause it?
