Bought a Solo2!

hi im thinking og getting one I cant make my mind up between the solo2 or the duo 2 could give me some advise please

I have the Duo2 but ill be honest the Solo2 is a serious bit of kit if you don't need the extra tuner slot save money and go with the solo2.
What's the Solo2 like for media playback? I've currently got a Duo and playing back downloaded films is a bit hit and miss, by this I mean that I can plug in my USB drive and some days the film will be OK off the bat, other days the same film might result in it only playing back the first few seconds and looping, there might not be any audio or the aspect ratio is wrong. Give the box a restart and most of the time the same film will then play back fine.
If the Solo2 fixes this then I'd be tempted to get rid of the Duo and replace it with a Solo2, plus I fancy having a mess about with a new box.

solo2 is a fantastic box.come down a bit in price now as well.

Plenty of the solo2 clones appearing on fleabay..Been warned about sellers passing them off as genuine.
Theres some dealers who have sold genuine units in the past selling counterfeit clone VU+ Solo2 on ebay claiming that they are genuine and selling them close to genuine prices.

I have done..got a solo2 from the zon for £269 delivered next day..not worth getting a clone.
Hello everyone! I'm new to forum. I just bought too one solo2 and I I woul be happy to have any advice for cs (by the way nobody wants to give me sl y .it access for some days to test it?) and a good mediaplayer. I installed VIX image and there's no mediaplayer installed. It's my firs Linux stb

vix image does have media player just use the remote button next to the menu button to see your media files then OK to play
