I think many want that to be true, but I fear what will eventually roll out will also suffer from the same poor coding/testing from the IQ team..

As for the TM800, I believe I've seen a post from TM stating that nobody has any legal recourse re the sales of goods act....
Ignoring the lack of timeshift and its HDD issues, I'd say the high BER (unable to tune) issue experienced on many services (which most of us have 85+% signal on) qualifies as not fit for purpose..

I so want them to sort the f/w out as the machine itself has so much to offer...

Presently, it's the satellite world equivalent of the iDrive..
