Why Is NL digitaal FTA (and TV Vlaanderen)

Tv vlaanderen & Nederland Digitaal share their channels.
They are encoded in :
Mediaguard (seca + nagra) = Tv Vlaanderen & Nederland Digitaal
Irdeto2 = Nederland Digitaal = Hacked

For this moment beeing there are big problems with the smartcard Update.(mediaguard)
Expire Date has been turned Back and a lot of smartcards got locked .... = Black screen
The Management Date is fine but to help their customers they put all the channels FTA

They are still searching for a solution (nagravision Team) but so far no luck ...HAHA
There goes that Nagra coding stability. But into the new mediagaurd smartcards there is locking system 'built-in' which would prevent cardsharing... which has not been activated - yet -

DO not worry; good old Irdeto will be supported until the end of 2010 !!! (NL digitaal has a wide support for different satelliet receivers who do not like the new Mediaguard ...

C+ NL has good entertainment.
as irdeto 2 is open now, hope ORB Astria which runs on irdeto 2 also opens soon...just a hope

Just because it's Irdeto 2 means nothing.
Nova was and is now closed on gamma as is Showtime.
There are many different versions.
