virgin superhub

vm came out and changed my modem to one of these super hubs model number VMDG280 but now i can't get my homeplugs working through it has anyone had any luck getting home plugs to work on these and if so how

Thats not the super hub mate thats the Media hub some engineers must be installing the cheaper hub for 20 meg when they should be installing the VMDG480

thats the 1 i have, not that im ever gunna use it after the bad reviews iv read and heard!

i had virgin intalled yesterday and the engineer fitted one of these. he was saying that theyve got to install these in all new installs from now on as virmin are upgrading there broadband very soon. he said that the older modems cant suport more than 20mb and customers on xl package will be upgraded to 30mb free of charge.
