Transferring photo's from Android to computer wireless

What's the simplest way to transfer photo's small video's over from my phone to the PC without a cable?

Transfer files via Bluetooth is an option if your pc supports it.
Another opton is to connect both devices to the same network and transfer via Windows explorer.

I saw this program of some sort a while back were there's a connection 27/4 between device and pc but can I remember it ? it was a TikTok job. Mine doesn't have bluetooth its older than Adam. I tried a dongle but I ended up loads of connection issues.

I just use Microsoft Phone Link as it's always active if my phone is in range. I don't think it does videos though
