TM nano help

HI,

i'm a complete noob in relation to all of this. i just got hold of a TM Nano and although i thought i was pretty tech-savy i am really struggling with the EPG and with the plugins. Also i've seen that other members are installing icefilms amongst others but cant fathom how to find this plugin. any help gratefully received!

i have just bought a TM-Nano and the overall audio is very low. i have a Mac Mini as a home media server and the audio from this is spot on, but when switching to the Nano i have to turn the TV up well over 50 for it to be at a useable volume.
