TM 500 Super Not Picking up 3 East

Hi

My father in law watches greek channels only and they have moved them from 13E to 3E. I have inserted the channels and they work fine on my TM Twin but when I use his TM 500 Super to connect to these channels it keeps saying Wrong Data Transmission. I've updated the satelittes.xml fine and have done a fresh scan but its not picking up the greek channels on 3E. My twin shows them but the 500 doesn't

Can i please have some hep in trying to get these channels.

Its the transmission standard on the TP itself these are broadcast on a DVB-S2 MPEG4 which even though the channels are Standard definition you need an HD receiver just to pick them up
