suitable streeaming netbook

just wondering if there is any laptop or tablet that is more suitable than others for streaming football etc or should i go for best processor and ram with hdmi output ,was thinking about haveing a dedicated laptop/notebook for this .or can you buy a blank iptv box and install you feeds and possable adsport/celtic subscriptions ?

If you planning on leaving it plugged into a TV then you could look at nettops devices like this
