Strange Hotmail issue?

I use Hotmail for my email needs but have a strange issue with it. When I click on some links in emails it creates a draft reply from me. I can't seem to put my finger on which emails it does this with The draft message is created with no subject.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit, with Norton 360 v6.0

If anyone can shed any light on this that would be appreciated.
