What adapter do i need to use my F5 box with a 4way lnb ive been told you need to plug one in the rear of the box to receive sky sports 3 + some of the movies can anybody help

Try using skybox forum not dreambox.

With a Skybox this is not true, as long as you have an active feed coming from a LNB and you have the correct subscription, Sky Sports 3 should work just like any other channel.

you need coax cable with f-connector from your lnb to the box
