I have the opposite problem! I have an openbox V5S and can't connect Coreftp. tried all sorts of user names and password of 0000 also tried annonymous but won't connect. Can you tell me how you managed to connect?

Hi

I am trying to ftp into the skybox f3 using the STBHD LAN tool.

I can do it fine with Openbox but not with a Skybox. Is this supported. I have setup static ip enterted in tool and enterted 0000 as password but wont connect.

Any Ideas

those boxes have their own version of the lan tool,which uses a different port than the old version for s10.

This is the Lan Tool for SKYBOX F3/M3/F4, OPENBOX X3/Q3/X4/Q4 Models

Any one know what ports I would have to forward to on router for remote use of this tool.

I believe it's in the config.ini file that comes with the program.

the program won't work without it,even if the program is run just once it should appear.

Check the rar file in the 2nd post Mt8, no config.ini in it

now that I think of it,I think I made a \config folder under the main folder and used the config.ini from the s9/s10 version to trick the program into showing the config.ini for the f3/f5 version.
The port it uses is different.
