signal poor

I have a 1500ci+ triax 1.1 30deg W. although most chanells are fine 60 to 80% my signal strength/quality is very low 24% on setup. It was fine when i set it up originally is there any way I could have altered something, other than the dish, and thereby now trying to tune into a weak transponder/signal. thanks
