Can anybody help with the following queries:
1. My digibox sometimes scans through all the channels itself and has to be turned off at the mains to stop.
2. I can't force an update. I have tried the turning off, pressing back-up then back on but nothing.
3. I got my new Pace digibox cheap (unsubsidised) as the box did not recognise transponder 5 & 6 which is BBC channels and ALL THE UK branding channels. Anyway of having it fixed.
