switch is on 2 and 5 and the little black one to the right facing back of programer i flashed it but the flash will only go the switches 1 and 6 black one facing right the back of card reader

well that all seems fine - you really should put glitcher problems in mosc section as that is the place you are most likely to get the answers you need.
although it does seem likely now that this section is gonna get filled with problems of this sort because tit2's ect are down LOL

anyway matey onto your problem - 8 hrs is not totally over the top. you vcc seems a little low but the glitcher should still open the card.
goto to the user variables at the start of the script and try adjusting start delay to 17ff (from 16ff) and end delay at 16ff from (1380)
look through the mosc section for information as this has been covered many times.
 
try using this script ive unlocked rom 11 rev boc with this
 
@pack21 - your card provider is reported as 5A (Telewest) yet you are trying to unlock it with the 5401 (pure NTL) script. Suggest you use one of the multiprovider scripts, leave it for up to 24 hrs before trying something else.
