Other Partition problems with Hard drive

In the office at work we have bought a couple of 1t hard drives and we are using a program called easeustodo back up. I have cloned my hard drive using windows vista and after its finished we have a clone ok. We did this with another hard drive but we wanted to format the drive back to 1t as it was a test. The drive formatted but it now has 291gb free (same as pc hard drive size) and the rest used. How would I go about getting the hard drive back to 1t using vista or xp.
