no channels

i seem to have lost a few channels on my freeview any body elese aving problem

All fine in Durham just done a new store channel and all ok

try doing a store again. When I first did an update only a few TUTV channels were picked up. I had to repeat later to get the rest.

What box u got - some boxes had a 60-channel limit and so lose some channels if you do an update to get TUTV. If it is a slottless freeview then updating isn't much help for channels you cant have.
