Lost Channels in Devon.

Hi guys,
have been reading all posts and I'm now in same boat as lots of people. EX5000PVR
deleted all sports channels by mistake (trying to sort em) and so did a rescan, Lost 99% of channels, another rescan, same effect. Both fast installs.
So ran deep scan, same again, have now rescanned about 5 times on both. Nothing!
So back on here and read some more... tried changing frequency from 6.952 or whatever it was on, following advice posted, changed to 6.887 and pretty much same, got a few extra channels back but not many, no sports only eurosport and attheraces, which happens every time.
This bloody box is about to go thru the window..........

Please help.... have frequences changed in Devon ( Exeter )?

Try a factory reset(config-clear data),then powerscan....
