it will be the drain tubes, virtually impossible to sort out, best to just seal it.

local garage should have a long stemmed blowgun for directing air down at the corners of roof for shifting blockage then test when open with a bottle of water poured slowly at the corners,a wet patch should become evident with drips of water hitting the ground.
