Is there a file of ipad games that have disappeared from the appstore?

Hi everybody, there are many old Ipad/Iphone games that have disappeared from the appstore, do you know if there is a place where the ipa files of those disappeared games are stored?
It's a shame because you can't even buy them anymore because maybe the developer doesn't even exist anymore

I have searched in many places but the links are down, I really only wanted to recover these 3 games:
- 1943: Torpedo Away!
- Hostile Tides
- Montezuma Puzzle
If someone could provide me with the IPA for these games I would greatly appreciate it because it seems like an impossible mission to find them.

My Ipad2 have the 9.3.5 IOS that is valid for these games
