a leased line ? can't have mate, have you got any thing else that can be downloading and uploading your end? and of course the person who is cs might be doing their bit on the line, a leased line for a single cs is mighty massive, lol, I've just been looking at one for work and it's £400 quid a month 100 meg down etc..... make sure your dream is the only thing connected to the net and no other wireless connectivity going on with your router, then I'd try a restart of your router, and then contact your cs.....i get the odd stutter if i use the dreams gateway as well to the net with my lap top etc...
