help for a noob on where to start

sorry to be a pain i no people hates these question, ive just got a psp i no nothing about them, can anyone help with with where to start hacking it please ive got lost!?

You need 2 things in most cases: A special battery and a special memory card.

The special battery called a Pandora's Battery is used to put the PSP into a special mode. From there, you can use the custom firmware you have installed on the special memory card to change the firmware on the psp to allow you to run whatever you want

that is the general case. You may have to downgrade etc depending on what psp you have and what version.
