This might be useful.
I went to sideload some apks today which i had downloaded on the pc and saved to a usb stick.
Normally i would sideload using es file explorer, but now its changed to premium only i couldn't do it.
So i created the Downloader folder that downloader app creates if you download something. (as i hadn't downloaded anything yet, i didn't have one)
Opened es file explorer and just copied the apks from usb stick to the new Downloader folder using es file explorer.
Opened downloader app went into the download folder and the files were there, so just installed them from there and deleted them once installed too.
Saved me some time as i would have had to type in each link for downloader to get them.
