FireTV 3rd Gen - FHD channels freezing

Hey All,

So I have 5 firesticks and one Fire TV device with Tivimate on. When attempting to play FHD / 4K channels on the firesticks they work fine, however the Fire TV is completely different.

On the FIre TV the sound is fine, however the video is no good. It will show up but free for few seconds and then change to another image and freeze again, doesn't appear to be like usually buffering. I've just actually done a factory reset on it and only installed Tivimate and still encountering the same issue. Has anyone else had similar? If so, did you manage to fix?

I find it hard to understand why that would struggle unless it is a wifi issue.

Does you modem router have 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz ?

If it does try connect to just the 2.4 ghz and if no luck try the 5 ghz.

yep, tried it on both and also wired with adapter.
