Firestick add blocker ?

Just used downloader on the firestick to download and install an app but had quite a few adds , very annoying so is there a good app to stop this ?

Enable installation from unknown sources on your Firestick:
- Go to Settings from the home screen.
- Select My Fire TV or Device.
- Open Developer Options.
- Enable Apps from Unknown Sources.

Not sure what this has got to do with blocking ads on a firestick
