Eurovox MaxV Problem?

I live in Sheffield, I have Eurovox MaxV from last couple of days I am getting only Skysports channels and few more and get a msg "Please insert smart card" on all other channels. Can any one help? I did fast scan deep scan but they didnt help. What shall i do?
