echostar digi box

Just bought echostar digibox from local tesco, was previously getting all channels on old on digi box, have a digital aerial installed by professional. On this box only getting 20 channels, any ideas or is it just not as good electronics as old boxes?

try selecting add channels again. sometimes its only a temporary problem. on my phillips box, one day the stb only found 32 channels and the next day it found over 50 channels. and i was using the same ariel each time.
