I have enough with bouquets and picons for now lol 
I just tried it on 4.0 ssl84D and it green screened on me lol and hung on reboot lmao
installed from ipk did not work, just ftp'd usr folder and that didn't work, so it looks like if you want this skin you will need to use 3.0 unless it works for someone else on 4.0 ?
