Im started a new project, im trying to build a "momolight" @

But im finding the quide pretty difficult as i havent done electronics since gcse's about 8 years ago
I got most of the components but have discovered i need a few more.
Is there anyone who can decifer this a bit maybe draw on the circut layout with the components needed written on it?
I decided i am going to but a PIC programmer - because its already stress full enough!
N.B Im planning on making it with LED's first to get it working before i buy the more expensive lights.
