Data usage when hotspotting a firestick

The Internet is down round my area. How much data does a firestick use if I hotspot my phone to it, its just for the football tonight

Depends how good stream is,it is gonna be 2-5 gb according to bt sport app, City game will be tight?

sd res is about a GB per hour hd can be like 5 GB per hour

Yeah I watched bits n bobs of the City game, I used about 2gb for roughly an hour. The internet then back on at the end but it was interesting to know how much data it used for future ref.
