Cloud iBox 2 Plus has stopped receiving channels

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have encountered a problem, i have the cloud ibox 2 plus and it was set up by my brothers mate that is no longer around, hence why I'm asking here.

Basically all the free sat channels are working but the other sky channels have stopped receiving a picture, they are just blank.

Is there anything i can do to rectify this or would it be best to start from scratch?

I am a beginner with this stuff and have read a few bits already and would like to learn a bit more so that i fully understand what to do?

Any information or links on how to set the box up would be much appreciated.

do you have card for channels?

guessing you have or had other means to recieve premium channels

I'm not really sure tbh, he charged me 100 quid to set the box up and I was getting every channel that you get on sky for free. I already have a sky dish up, just plugged it in the the cable, added an Ethernet and it worked. It recently stopped receiveing the premium channels tho. Is there any way to get these back?
