channels onto openbox s11

hi
i'm completely new to this, but i have a skybox/openbox s11.
it has the channels organised into favourites.
how can i get it organised into only one set with the channels same as s*y listings?
i'm currently using it just as a FTA box.
need very simple step by step instructions, could'nt find them in the forum.

2 ways easy and hard
1.Get an up to date list from here or the openbox site itself easy way
2.Hard way manually delete all dead transponders i use lyngsat and rescan then just use the built in channel manager but wow this takes hours

There is a channel list available which is laid out in the same way as sky list but it is not updated has regularly as AJ's list and to be frank with you it is easier to use AJ's list once you are used to it.
You can also use a channel editor to create your own channel list on a pc then upload it to your stb a little bit easier then using a remote but still time consuming.

sorry who is AJ? and where is his list?
i did a search and found a list by Exos, is this the one?

Just search for "aj channel list openbox" (without the quotes) and you will find plenty of sources. Never heard of Exos's list, but I'm new here.

I think you need a couple of more post to download but here it is:
