what does this error mean - using CCCam 2.14 on DM800HD

ecm even nok caid 963

if the login on the server was invalid I am sure you got a login error message, but never seen this one before.

It just means the server missed an ecm.

thanks a mate is having this with his provider and not been able to clear channels for past 5 days and the provider wont reply to any emails

so to be blunt has he been shafted up the rear end

nok or NO OK can mean a few things

NOK on Multics lets say means the channel didn't clear from source within a time frame or the sid of the channel is blocked. as in timed out
if on oscam means off course they don't have the channels on the card.

It can also mean it passed the emc on to another server but when you only have one line it generally means it missed the ECM.
