cache flush on h2h

hi I recently made my own atv6.1 build.
previously I been using other peoples builds and noticed some cache flush plugin cant remember exact name.
do I need to download this thru plug-ins is it needed????

cache flush is used to clean up memory - I enabled them on lower end boxes like the Star S or H2 - where as I don't run them on the other boxes like H2H or H2S

I thought that was for boxes with leaking memory the Duo from recollection.
