Bosch, hitachi or makita?

only problem is. the hitachi was £80 last weekend, but its now £130.

if it was still £80 then u couldnt have bought better for the money

That Hitachi has disappeared from the webby I think pal, the one for £130 has Ni-Cad batteries not Lithium.

I posted in the 'bargain' section a few days after picking up one of those Hitachi LiIon ones, used it on and off all week screwing floorboards down etc and today I was drilling plug holes in brick and I am still on the first battery on its first charge.

I love it.

If it comes in again at a good price jump at it pal.

:)

PS. if I had the money and needed a 'tradesmans' I would also probably have picked the Makita, but at 200-300% more dosh I am not sorry I got the Hitachi.

ok..thanks again for all everybody who replied!

Got a hitachi 18v cordless with 2 li-ion battery from B&Q today for £99.98 .. and there is about 10 left there still....good price I thought!

so it is, never noticed that. wonder why they removed it from the site, as they seem to have quite alot in most stores.

just shows u how good a deal the £100 one is.

the 20% sale is back on at b&q this saturday and sunday. so the hitachi drills are available for £80 again.
