VU+ Duo Boot up issue but can flash with a new image fine

Ive got a similar issue to the red light issue, it just has starting and a red light and wont boot up - lets me flash and image it but wont actually start - i've replaced the capacitor but still the same issue.

Which cap did you replace? Is it a clone box? I dont think it would be flash issue, really hard to get flashing wrong unless you used wrong image to begin with.

If it is a clone it could simply be the wrong version of image.
