ok seems they have changed again.... heres the latest info i have

CENTRAL ASIAN BEAM..

10.974.H.28500. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS

11.095.H.27500. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS

EUROPEAN BEAM..

11.014.H.28500. 5/6 MPEG2/MPEG4/DVBS

11.056.H.15000. 3/5 DVBS2/8PSK DATA FEED

11.135.H.27500. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS

11.169.H.20400. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS

i have between 73 and 78% SQ on a TD110 in north west uk with 33 tv channels

regards mdt

11.135.H.27500 has dropped signal level/quality to 58%SQ. although its hot/sunny so the lnb is running hot which will cause a small drop seems they are still messing about with the specs/power levels ect. regards mdt

this is a strange one... the power is back to 50%SQ again this morning but all yesterday evening/night it was back to 70-75%. can somebody else please check there signal levels and make a comparison, regards mdt

hi -

very good signals from

EUROPEAN BEAM..

11.014.H.28500. 5/6 MPEG2/MPEG4/DVBS ---- 76 % quality

11.135.H.27500. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS ---73% quality

11.169.H.20400. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS 76% quality

on M3 skybox from 1.2 c.m.

cheers --

11135 h 27500 60-69%Q NW - tm 5402 - 80cm at noon - it is a bit unusually unstable as it jumps between those in seconds

assuming that's at the higher level, don't know what it goes down to (might go off on an 80cm)

bit close to 45e - anything on there that can effect it?

cheers @nelson....

my readings are still

11.014.H.28500. 5/6 MPEG2/MPEG4/DVBS ---- 74 % quality

11.135.H.27500. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS ---57% quality

11.169.H.20400. 5/6 MPEG2/DVBS 77% quality

using a triax TD110 and MK1 smart titanium single lnb on a TECHNOMATE TM6800HD SUPER+. maybe its some local RF interferance or something? regards mdt

IS.12 doesnt broadcast in the 10.95-11.2 sub band and has vertical polarity only so i cant see it being that, maybe its time for my baby to go up and stop faffing with the td110 lol, regards mdt

well that should rule that out or any harmonics, I'm sure they cooperate not to step on each others toes long term but if it's all still at the testing period you never know.

Mid morning I was getting between 47% and 54 % on the 11.135 transponder. It was difficult getting a lock as the quality kept swaying below the threshold.

Now, at 15.30, the quality has increased to around 68% although it's still fluctuating quite a bit. (Tech 5402/TD110/Black Ultra single).

That fluctuating is what I noticed too, just checked it again (3:55pm) and it's hitting 82% Q now on a TM5402 / 80cm but still has that fluctuating characteristic that really shouldn't be there. Should really put a meter on it to see what the other values are actually doing- the power level might be constant but too busy atm.

Where was the sun when it was at a low? it's not a bit of solar effect is it? although you'd expect the others to go down at the same time but that isn't always the case, it's already unstable so a bit of solar can have a greater effect on a more susceptible transponder.

The low reading was taken around 11am so the sun would have been higher in the sky than where the satellite is.

The low reading was taken around 11am so the sun would have been higher in the sky than where the satellite is.

Was up to 85-86% in the evening & now down to 68-70% early morning - the others are about the same 86%-90%

11133H is back up to 83-85% & the other TPs might have gone a little lower when 11133H went low, not as pronounced and back up now and seems it's the same times of the day they went low and recovered so that points to a possible daily cycle and could point to the sun.

11133H is back down to 70-71% this morning, that's the 3rd day in a row so that would point to a regular daily cycle, lower in the morning and higher in the evenings, don't know over night, worth knowing unless they fix it.
