ok i came acrooss this by acident
will not work in linux but worked ok in win 7
there are 3 folders i ignored vif
i opened cmd prompt and dragged over ffplay then dragged over streaming alltv to cmd prompt and gives you a list of channels to find
the only downside is it keeps talking you to a facebook page which must be the developer but it is all in arabic so can not understand any of it
maybe others can and see if there is a better way to use or find other info on the page that may be use full
so thought i would share

ps forgot to mention contains jsc sports and abu sports
maybe someone can convert for dreambox or iptv plugins for openbox spark boxes etc way over my head though
