Got a fault on the washing maching.

Zanussi lindo 300 on off button works and lights up control panel but I cant select any programs, just stuck/frozen,

switched it off and left it for 10 mins tried again still nothing, cant get into diagnostic mode

CANCEL THAT JUST CHECKED ITS STILL UNDER WARRANTY

Try pressing and holding the temperture button and the spin button together for several seconds and just see if the child lock turns on.
If it does then press and hold them again to turn it off again.

Turn the washer off.
Press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.
Keep them both held in and then turn the washer back on.
Hold the buttons in till the lights start to flash then let go.
Now it will flash up an error code E?​

Thanks Melttc I think it is something to od with child lock but neither thing works, Ill phone shop where i bought it tomorrow as its only 11 month old so still in warranty
