How to flash the Phantom.
With the box switched off at the back plug in the USB Flash Drive then switch the box on.
Go to Utility - press right on remote then down to highlight USB then press OK on the remote.
You will be presented with this screen showing the .UPS on the USB .Pull down and press OK on the file.
Now press OK on S/W Upgrade.
Now you should see this running through the flashing process.
Once it's finished the the box will reboot.
Now your box is ready to search for channels.

How to search for Channel's
Press menu
Go to installation
Do an Automatic Scan
Go to 6952 symbol rate
Change QAM to 256
search (wait till search is finished)
press ok
press exit twice(saving data)(You should have picked up about 350 channels)
At this point if you go to a channel it will be scrambled
Don't worry all you need to do is type in 1819 on your remote and make sure the box is connected via Ethernet cable to router
