Are there encrypted tv channels on the two Satellites tandberg and powervu encryption tv channels?

Viark & Gtmedia
Gtmedia lot cheaper does not come with built in sub.
Viark more expensive but comes with 3 years sub when converted to SP1 a Viark Sat has one year SP1 this for the good stuff on 28 east. Viark sat 4k 2 years afters converting to SP1.
Choice of which to go for is down to you they are both almost identical in operation and what they offer across the arc.
Id say Viark are better supported and has less bugs.

Thanks Ferret. I've already been thinking the Viark would be for me. What I'm really looking for is a recommended site which I can use to steer me through the basic setup from a complete beginners point of view. I always like to to try and get a good understanding before I commit myself to buying.
I'll have a good Google for some tonight. Anywhere to avoid when buying the box??

The viarks are very good boxes and nice and easy to use. Lots of support around for them. Hopefully you find someone good to fit you a motorised system, i seem to think finding people to install them is getting harder.

In 2 minds whether or not to do it myself. Am looking at fiiting it on top of my workshop roof instead of the house. Would be on an apex roof but would have easy access to it.
I've downloaded your guide and will take a look shortly. Just came in from my gardening project and I ache all over as usual.
