@Directors without prejudice, calm down, in my opinion you are doing your company more harm by writing up these farcical piece's.
DigitalWorldz has no agenda against your company, we just want to offer our members honest support and reviews.
In my opinion your brand is a very good one, it is just a shame that it would seem that the "Receiver in discussion" has been flawed or has issues that need to be addressed. I cannot acclaim to be an expert on the Receiver as I have never had one or had any receiver from your company or any other company for that matter, but I have read allot about issues and flaws regarding the Receiver from many sites not just DW.
Digitalworldz is not in anyway shape or form trying to stop people from buying your products, we just want to provide support for them!
Instead of running a article campaign against Digitalworldz and RAT, why not have a go at fixing the issues that users are experiencing, so we can report positive information on the receiver, I would be delighted to read a good review from a member.
Writing articles telling your users not to join DW, is in my opinion not the way to go about running a business, we want to support your products and hope that our members enjoy their receivers.
We have been online for 13 years, giving support and putting our members first, and we will continue to put our members first.
Allegedly members and staff have been offered receivers for free, I would suggest anyone offering products for free to our staff and members - read the bribery act which came into effect in 2010.

During all the time I've been a member of DW, I've always felt that TM get a MEGA fair hearing!
Despite patch after patch (ok thats NON linux, but just making a point here!) not living up to expectations most of we 'ordinary punters' never FAIL to support TM - despite all their dreadful recent record of backing up our receivers!
I have seriously baracked TM & Phanton, yet feel that I've also been fair in giving credit where credit is due!
Latest patches have been getting better, to the extent that I PERSOANALLY feel that we are almost there - plus I feel that 99% of us feel that TM produce hardware of the very highest order, its the software which has led us to comment in such pessimistic terms!:Biggrin2:

on paper, and in theory, the TM800 is quite a beast (or, it was at the time), and even now, via HDMI, the sharpness and quality in the picture is brilliant, its better then some newer receivers i have. just about every issue with the tm800 hasnt actually been about the hardware itself, but about the software that runs (or fails to run) on it, and all of this ongoing crap that follows it around, is because its always been 'nearly fixed' the latest now is that itll be fixed in a years time, posted today on the download centre, even though in march, it was going to be fixed in 8 weeks time, this is whats caused all of this
if i was bored enough (or if anyone can be bothered) go back through the threads, to the begining of the TM800 days, youll know the threads youre looking for, and count the 'final image coming in xxxxxxxx' new fix coming in xxxxxxxxxx threads, there will be fookin tons of them

yes, non owners joined in at the time, and started stiring things up, then other people joined in, then a lot of owners became EX-owners, who were simply sharing their experience, and STILL the 'final image' fairy tale lives on
i bought a used TM800 3 months ago, it does what i want from it, my kids now have HD in their bedrooms, with EPG and 1Channel streaming, if they want youtube etc, they have a laptop (which is also easier to search on than a receiver remote)
the 'issue' has ALWAYS been the software, which, unfortunatley for technomate, is actually beyond their control for the bigger part of it, if i was anything to do with technomate, then a LONG time ago, id have had solictors or whatever look at the contracts from the companies supplying the hardware and software that together make the TM800, as one of those, had seriously fooked up, and id sue them to the hilt, balls deep in legal sh!t. technomate surely had some form of 'contract' otherwise, once they realised there was 'issues' with the TM800, why not just pull the plug? so if theyre 'contracted' to take X amount of receivers, then surely theyre 'contracted' to take X amount of 'working to spec' receivers? the supplying manufacturer is in breach of contract surely? if they only supply the hardware, then they in turn sue the chipset suppliers, for failing to provide proper firmware
instead of all this 'he posted' ' they posted' stuff, if i was anything to do with technomate id simply post an OFFICIAL statement on the OFFICIAL website saying something along the lines of 'Dated today, the TM800 will be discontinued and no longer supported from xxxx date, any user who wishes to know further details please contact official channels via our contact us pages' and ignore the masses of crap that will be posted untill xxxx date passes, deal with the VERY FEW owners who would actually get in touch, then draw a line under it

i have not read whats under it, as tbh i cba, but i did quickly scan the first few lines
if we was talking about spiderboxes, there would be spiderboxes in the advert, if we was talking about skateboards, there would be skateboards in the ad (i think) either that, or the adverts are based upon what it finds in cookies stored on your PC, so, if you suddenly see adverts for dating sites, then someone on your pc has recently been browsing dating sites etc

everyone can now see what kind of person runs this company, even if its all gets deleted from there its here for all to see and read
there is enough information in this section if members decide to read before they buy, if they don't then there is lots of help here if they use the search and read the stickies

To be fair ellie banned him for no reason.
He bans him and gives him no right to reply.
DW often slags off Al sat or DM but never on his forum do you see Al sat slag off DW or Mick etc.
Hes been proved right so many times but because of the dislike for him by some on DW no one likes to admit it.
So maybe let him back so he can reply or leave him out of it.
