Thanks for the reply. I went to their site, after I posted this and sent a query to their customer service dept and was told, after supplying them with the item number, etc., that they had been over subscribed for the item and that I should have been phoned to inform me of the mix up.
Although, I had received a confirmation email it was not to confirm that they had taken any PayPal monies, rather to confirm that my order had been received, so I have at least not had to apply for a refund. I doubt I will order from such an enept company again :arrrr:
