New Sigma X2 and Ambit 200's

Does the new Sigma X 2 work on previous Ambit 200's who's memory chips was not compatible with the Sigma X RC4 image?

In perticular the mx29lv160btc chip.

Just a note to peeps thinking of flashing the above mentioned memory chip with Sigma. I have finally got round to doing mine and contrary to what is said above it still has issues like the RC4 firmware and the modem will not run.

Just giving you peeps a heads up before you screw your modem like I have.
